At Proaim, our goal is to ensure 100% Customer satisfaction.
Acceptance
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order from Proaim. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders submitted or to be submitted by you for any item or product offered to you on or via Proaim website.
By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
Delivery
All delivery times are referred on our website shipping details. Let us know if you don't receive the product within 14 days from the date of order placed. In case of EMS the delivery times vary to 25-45 days approx.
Payment
All payments can be done using Proaim various payment modes only.
We only charge product cost + shipping cost (Where Applicable) from the customer.
For any local sales taxes or other taxes like government levies, if any, associated with the order, customer is himself responsible for knowing their country rules.
Warranty
Proaim offers 1 year warranty for its products. Items which are under the warranty period will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
Replacement parts of the product will be provided at very nominal cost (covering the cost price of the replacement parts only) to the customers after the Warranty Period has expired. We will cover the complete cost of sending replacement parts within the warranty period. After that, Nominal & Actual shipping cost will be asked for.
Returns / Refunds
In the unlikely event, you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it in its original condition within 30 days and you get a 100% refund. We are 100% committed to our money back guarantee. Our terms & conditions may change in the future. We recommend you to contact us once in case of any type of product dissatisfaction. For any other assistance you can also mail us at sales@proaim.ca
Liability
Seller does not assume, and the customer indemnifies Seller against any liability or claims resulting from the use or malfunction of the equipment. Buyer assumes all liability that may arise from use or failure of the equipment.
Malfunctioning Equipment
In the case of malfunctioning Equipment, Seller's only liability to Buyer is for the Cost of the Equipment Sold. Seller shall not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from malfunctions.
