How do I place an order?

It is very easy and secure to order online at To find any item that we sell on our website, you can simply use the product search which you will find in the middle of the page. Also, we have the “categories” in the top navigation which makes finding the right product easy. After selecting the product, click on “Add to cart”. It will take you to the page where you can see the product you have selected. Here, you can change the quantity of the product if you wish so. From this page, you can either proceed to checkout or continue shopping. When you have finished shopping, click on either the "My Cart Icon" at the top-right of the website either to review your selections. How do I track my order?

What forms of payment does proaim accept?

Proaim has three options to make online payment that is Paypal, Credit card & Bank Transfer. You can also contact us via All ways are too secured and much easier to make the online payment.

How do I use a promo or coupon code?

On “Information” page, you will find a textbox “Discount Code" in the top right corner. Enter the code into the box and click "Apply" to update your order subtotal.

What if an item is not in stock?

We always keep the warehouse with full stock which makes us to deliver the orders promptly. When you select any item to purchase, you will see highlighted message “out of stock” on that product, if that particular product is not in the stock at that time. How can I cancel or change my order?

On our website, as such there is no option to either cancel or change the order. For any cancellation or changes in the order, customer need to contact us on our mail id to effect changes or cancellations and customer will guided back with appropriate steps.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship the orders either through FedEx or UPS. We are offering Free Shipping on all Products except those that are on Pre-Order. Pre-order products need 14 - 21 additional Handling Days. Used Products need 2 additional Handling Days and are shipped with the Standard 7 business days shipping. Orders received on Saturdays & Sundays are shipped on following business day.

How much does shipping cost?

Customer has to enter the address along with country and zip or postal code on “Information” page and click on “Continue to Shipping” for calculating the actual shipping cost based on your shipping destination and the weight/dimensions of the items in your order.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery period depends upon the destination and the shipping option you have selected for. Regarding your delivery period concern, you can always contact us via prior to making a purchase and proper information will be provided on case to case basis. We ship through FEDEX & UPS and both the couriers are very reliable & fast.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders received before 8am PST, will be dispatched on the same day using Standard shipping service. Orders received post the cut-off will not be eligible for overnight shipping and will ship the Next business day.

It is the responsibility of the customer to read all the terms and conditions before placing an order. Deliveries may be delayed if we do not have the correct contact details for you. We ship with FedEx standard shipping, if your address is in a remote location as specified by FedEx, there can be delays. For critical shipping needs, please contact us before placing the order. Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for either 100% refund or replacement. We provide Prepaid Return labels upto 30 days if not satisfied with purchase. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as selected at the time of purchase. Also, this may seem obvious, but we can process returns only for items purchased from Proaim. Conditions: Returns are subjected to following conditions. • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, and all accessories. • Proaim is not responsible for any incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any article purchased with us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the purchased item only.

Refund Policy

Please read all the conditions below. If all the conditions are not met, PROAIM reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
  1. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all accessories (if any).
  2. Defective or damaged items may be exchanged, repaired or refunded at our discretion for the same model.
  3. PROAIM can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
  4. We will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If the payment was made by a bank transfer, the refund bank transfer will be issued immediately after we receive the product.
  5. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account.
  6. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 to 3 business days after the delivery of the merchandise.

How do I exchange an item?

To exchange an item, customer has to follow the same steps as detailed in “ return policy”. Customer will have to inform us regarding exchange.. As soon as we receive your returned item, a new item will be dispatched to you. All shipping/processing charges on returned packages must be prepaid. You will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective, or if the wrong item was shipped. Please allow 3-4 business days to process your exchange once the returned item has been received by us.
