How tall can this get? I see "length" sizes up to 12 feet, but I don't see the maximum height achievable.
Here are the various heights for P-OHLR-01:
4ft Length: 25 lb / 11 kg
8ft Length: 20 lb / 9 kg
12ft Length: 11 lb / 5 kg
We would recommend using it upto 12ft length and 11 lb / 5 kg weight.
If you want the height to be more than 12ft, the weight capacity of the camera setup would be less than 5kgs/11 lb.

Is it possible to increase the length on this to more than 12ft?
It can extend from 12 feet to 16 feet, but the overhead rod will have a slight bend, and the weight capacity will be around 2-3 kilograms.

Is it possible to ceiling mount these rails? Looks like I\'d need to flip the fittings that attach to the legs. Possible?
Yes, you can mount these overhead rails on the ceiling with the help of track ends (top and bottom mounts) which are included with this product. You will also have to seperately make use of a ceiling mount baby pin.

I presently own the Proaim Overhead 12ft Modular Studio Rig for Camera / Gimbal / Light Setups. I would like to get the small soft box lights and a space that can hold a blue yeti mic. I cannot seem to find the accessories I need on the website, can you point me in the right direction please?
Currently, we do not have a small softbox light as per your requirement.
Regarding the space to hold a blue yeti mic, the cross-bar does have threaded holes and you can screw your mic into the same. Here is an image for your reference:
